Feb 24,2025Overall customer service has been very good. I had a faulty card and a replacement was sent out pretty quickly. I didn't give five stars because when paying online the app requires a PIN code. It's not obvious if that PIN code is the one for the card or the phone login PIN code. Turns out it's the phone PIN code not the card PIN code!
