Not only was the delivery quick, they wanted to make sure that you were happy and it was what you were looking for. Can highly recommend them, I know that when I want something, I will be going back.

There was a sign up for newsletters and free gifts when purchasing over £5, unfortunately I missed the this deal when I purchased the item. The lovely gentleman I spoke with kindly sent me the item at no further charge! Fabulous!! I will definitely order from Curtzy again wonderful team and customer service and great products. Very very happy customer

Nov 20,2013I sent for the knitting stuff as a present for a friend for Xmas. I cannot give any opinion as I do not knit I'm afraid. I hope that my friend likes the needles as I'm sure she will but really can't say more than that except to say that your delivery was excellent and maybe my friend might want to buy more things.

Dec 16,2013Curtzy are definitely a cut above the rest when it comes to exceptional customer service, and although you'd prefer not to have a problem with an order in the first place, be rest assured if Curtzy make a mistake they go out of their way to put it right. I can not thank Brendon, whom I dealt with enough for his exceptional customer service and he now feels like a friend not just an adviser in customer support. It's been a long time since someone in customer services has impressed me, I don't do praise lightly, but I can not praise them enough. Thanks again.
