Feb 16,2024Material quality not that great, sizing was off, and the returns process THRU EMAIL (why?) has been beyond frustrating and slow and didn't even get a full refund in the end. The company was like negotiating % how much of a refund for wanting to return the items. Whaaaa????????? Was very disappointed overall.

I highly recommend this store and its products! I truly love my Solid Batwing Tees they can be dressed up or down and they wash well, too! Nov 08,2023I will never order from this company again. It took weeks to get my order. The dress I ordered looked absolutely nothing like it did in the photos online. In fact, it looked like some kind of cheap costume and even came with a mask! And it was supposed to be a nice dress.

Nov 04,2023As per the websites return policy, it states that items (except final sale items) are available to be returned and that the first return is free shipping. When I inquired about a return for my items I was offered only a 50% refund. After some back and forth I was then offered a 70% refund. Finally I was offered a full refund but told that this was an exception to the return policy, and I am still stuck with clothes that do not fit as I am being told that they do not want me to ship them back. If the company does not offer full refunds and does not want the items shipped back to them, this should be made clear on their website, as the only reason I purchased from them was because I was under the impression I would be able to return items I was not pleased with.

Mar 13,2024I ordered a dress from you. I tried it on the day it arrived and it did not fit my body the way I wanted it too. I emailed right away how to do a return and get my money back but all they seem to do is try to bargain how much they want to refund. I DO NOT need the dress. I have no use for it since it does not fit. I want the money I paid for it refunded to me the way I paid for it!!!! This is unacceptable and HORRIBLE customer service.
