Jan 04,2025I have worked with a few different boxing companies before discovering Custom Luxury Boxes, and I have to say they are hands down the best experience I have had. Their pricing is competitive, they respond quickly to my many requests, and the quality of the boxes is very beautiful. It presents the product in an elegant and luxurious way. Anna is attentive with follow-up and ensures everything is received properly, and she is also accommodating when I am working on a deadline. I am an artist who uses them for art drops, so each product has unique dimensions, and we like to go all out with the packaging. They have been very good at accommodating all of my many requests. Whatever you can dream up for packaging, they can make it happen. I even requested totes, which they were able to create for me as well. I have recommended them to all of my friends and will absolutely continue to work with them in the future.

Dec 06,2024I only had a few weeks to get my packaging for a Black Friday new product launch and I'm so glad I found Custom Boxes Hub! I was able to get in touch with their customer service through their chat and Anna helped me get a quote with a few minutes, and my box artwork finalized and approved for print within a few hours all waaaay under in cost from the previous company that I was finding an alternative for ensure on time delivery. And they delivered! Right on time, beautiful product, perfect finish! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Definitely making them my go-to now! Thanks Anna!

With a tight turnaround, this was no easy feat, and it was the quickest, most seamless transaction we could have asked for. Another issue we kept running into is that our logo is two color, Custom Boxes Hub was one of the only ones that we could find that could accommodate everything we were looking for! I worked with Anna and she was so quick and helpful. Shipping was quick too for custom boxes!
