Feb 24,2024Not only was the final product better than we hoped for, the customer service was next level. Nathan fielded all of my production questions, provided mockups and weighed in on what adjustments needed to be made to bring our vision to life. The final boxes exceeded our expectations. We also came in with a quick turnaround request which they were able to manage no problem. Cannot wait to work with them again!

Feb 22,2024I had a great experience overall. Only giving 4 stars because the color matching was a bit off but I still received gift boxes I was very happy with. Anna Wood was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

Feb 21,2024Ordered magnetic closure custom boxes from Custom Boxes Lane and they went above and beyond to meet our quick turn around date. Anna was our rep and I appreciated her follow ups and attention to detail to help us get these boxes produced on time. It was especially helpful that they were able to provide us with several physical samples so we can get an idea of their product. Took off 1 star because a couple of our boxes were damaged as they weren't packaged as secure as could be. Regardless, we will be ordering from them again. Would recommend!

Feb 01,2024I found Custom Boxes Lane looking for suppliers that make premium rigid boxes for a delicate medium sized product. Nathan was very friendly from the beginning and answered all my questions quickly. The communication was clear and fluid, which I appreciated because the whole process was done remotely. The price seemed right for a product of the quality they offer and tailored to what we needed. The purchase process was simple and Nathan kept us updated on the production follow-up. Although we had to wait almost a month to receive the boxes from the time the printing was approved, they arrived on time. They were special boxes with non-standard sizes. I am really very pleased!

Customs boxes lane knocked or out of the park and exceeded all of our expectations. The products arrived exactly as we had discussed yet better than expected. Stellar quality, immediate turn around time and quick shipping. Plus Anna was an absolute gem to work with and followed up with answered to everyone of our questions and concerns. Will certainly be doing more business with custom boxes for the unforeseeable future.

Dec 01,2023I reached out to multiple companies to have custom boxes made for one of our products. There are several reasons we went with Custom Box Lane. Nathan (The representative that helped us) was prompt, responsive, friendly, helpful, patient and flexible. The pricing was significantly less than other quotes for the same item. Once the process started the communication between us, our representative and the design team was amazing. Any changes/ corrections were made quickly and another proof was sent until we had a final design. After which a final proof was sent and we requested for a physical proof to be sent to ensure that we had our dimensions correct. (Worth the little extra to get the physical proof) after we gave the final confirmation the production and shipping time was much quicker then we had anticipated. We are very satisfied all around with this entire process and will be ordering all packaging from them going forward.
