I have used Custom Buttons for several years and their reliability and quality has been consistently fantastic! A typical order for me is around 7,500 buttons with several variations and they always get it right and deliver on time. I came to Custom Buttons after poor experiences with two other sites. Time was against me and they e-mailed a proof PDF within a few hours of placing the order. Due to an issue with the USPS, my order was returned to sender and they swung to make sure I got the buttons in time for a major event in another city. Extremely helpful customer service and overall a great site. I plan to rely on them again.

Great service from start to finish! My order was processed very quickly and I had a proof of my custom button within days! It was exactly what I had specified in my request. The finished buttons arrived on time and looked amazing. What's so great about this whole process is that you can get a lot of bang for your buck... they were a huge hit at our event as a free give-away, and it was amazing to see everyone walking around all day wearing our buttons! I would highly recommend CustomButtons.com and I will return here for my next order!

I had the best customer service and great attention to details thanks to Chandler. Friendly and professional with a calm about her when I was in a panic getting my conference details to work in unison. The one thing that I did not need to stress about was the button order, which arrived nearly five hours earlier than promised. And everyone loved the buttons. This is a great team. And a great company made better by the fact that it's woman-owned. I couldn't be any more pleased with the customer service and the product.
