May 26,2018Since our last name is Button, it was perfect to have buttons made with our daughter's grad photo to celebrate her graduation. Not only did it add a little whimsy to the decor, we were proud to sport our daughter's photo at her party. Custom Buttons saved the day by turning our order around amazingly quick. They offered a rush assembly and delivery and the buttons were here in time for the event. The quality of the buttons is excellent. I appreciate how they sent an example for approval before the order went through. Everyone I spoke to at the company was polite, helpful, and articulate. May 18,2018Customer service was great, questions were answered. I provided the file and I appreciated that they sent me a proof before printing, as design was not how I expected originally (my fault). They allowed an artwork resubmission and made the correction process easy. Buttons arrived as promised on scheduled date and looked great. I did notice that one button delaminated and a few had smudges (that rubbed off). This was only a few buttons so I was still happy with my order.
