I listed one address for shipping, but had a different address for billing. The product was shipped to the billing address. I was not given any notice either by email or phone.

We have asked ELB to design and make buttons for a Memorial Oktoberfest for 3 consecutive years. They are creative, expedient, and professional. They make adjustments and suggestions prior to your final approval, and delivery has always been by the promised date. Look forward to next years button... possibly even another event before then.

I re-ordered buttons for a conference. Had to submit new artwork - got an email with a proof in less than 24-hrs and had the buttons delivered to me the next week!
