ELB is a great company to work with. Pretty much everything that you need to place your order is available online, but if you need to contact them for a quote or if you have any questions, they are quick to reply.

My best friend's child had passed away, she asked if I could make buttons (DIY) for the funeral because she knows i'm crafty. However I was under a very tight deadline and I knew there was no way possible I complete the project in time for the funeral services. I searched online and was told by three different places they could not have the buttons ready by my deadline. My last attempt was to EVB, I spoke with a very nice representative who listed to my situation, she immediately said let me see what I can do....before I knew it she had processed my order and the buttons were shipped out the same day. BEST SERVICE EVER!!

Complete profesionalism all the way! I've never done anything like this before and was a bit apprehensive, unsure I'd be able to find something I really liked. As it turned out, I didn't have to find it, they designed it for me. Within an hour I had a design draft and they promptly adjusted it based on my feedback. Even on short notice these ladies got me exactly what I wanted and had it to my door ahead of schedule. The buttons themselves are sturdy, the design crisp and bright, the pin on the back sharp enough to avoid snags on my blouse. I can feel confident these promotional buttons won't cause any negative impressions. Not much more I could ask of them; they've won my repeat business!
