Not only did my order come out great - I am very pleased - but the customer service was excellent. When I failed to send my approval - I thought I had faxed it, but it never got sent - they actually took the time to notify me that they hadn't received it. Then the order was quickly completed and shipped. I really expected it to take much longer.

I recently placed an order for 500 buttons. I was impressed with the excellent customer service and how quickly the turn around time was. The buttons themselves were exactly as presented in the proof and were excellent in quality. I highly recommend Everyone Loves Buttons!

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They produced 300 buttons in a matter of a couple of days and shipped them out to arrive in time for our event. I would highly recommend them for your button needs. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that they should have an online process to purchasing. I had to give them my credit card information over the phone, which can be a bit sketchy sometimes. All in all, I believe they are trustworthy. I will use them again.

The buttons were fine; however, they were shipped to the wrong address! I literally had to go to that person's home (UPS notified me of "address sent to") late at night to ask for my box of buttons. ATTENTION STAFF @ "EVERYBODY LOVES BUTTONS": In the future, READ BACK THE ADDRESS to the customer prior to entering into your system!

Worked with ELB on a couple different occasions and they had the style of button with magnet I needed. Easy to use on-line system and staff good about getting back to your questions. Good price points made for good fundraising item. Quick turn-around time and good quality item made our company event even more fun.

My organization has ordered buttons from Everyone Loves Buttons in the past and generally experienced no problems, but this time employees were not very responsive initially. It took several emails to confirm they had our re-order of buttons on file with them, they did not let me know when they were being shipped out, and did not respond to questions confirming payment method. The button quality is good, but they seemed a little off their game. (July, 2015)
