I called this company 2 separate times and requested a sample each time. Each sample was sent out promptly. I was able to make a decision based on the sample (a zipper pull). When I called again to place my order, I was assisted with artwork ideas. The person I worked with checked out my website and suggested I could use similar artwork as was there. Later that day a proof was sent to me, I approved it online, and my order was processed. Delivery was just a few days later and I am absolutely delighted!

I called and spoke with someone to ensure delivery of the buttons on time. I upgraded the mailing cost to also ensure the delivery. They came 4 days after my event. I paid extra money and didn't get them in time.

Last year, we needed oval buttons and selected a "24-hour" group because we needed a fast turnaround. BIG MISTAKE! Not only did their art dept not speak English, It also turned out that a 24-hour turn meant 24-hours after they get around to sending you a proof. EVERYONE LOVES BUTTONS was so GREAT to work with. We uploaded our art and received a beautiful product that got rave reviews. The buttons came on the day that they were supposed to (and so did the next order)

I'll lead with this: The buttons arrived a day later than requested but in time for our event and for LESS than the quoted amount because they were late. The buttons were good quality and a big hit with our constituents and I will probably use them again. The back story: I had a rush job and had to get them to correct the initial estimate because they didn't quote on what I asked them to quote on. I got two requests for approval for the artwork on two separate days, and I had to call on the day before the buttons were supposed to arrive because I hadn't received a shipping notice. They informed me they'd be a day late and that they'd cover the shipping.

Working with Everyone Loves Buttons was a wonderful experience. They were responsive and helpful in a timely manner- our deadline and order were not easy to deal with and they got it done. We ordered our own custom design buttons with LED lights and they printed and delivered our product in a five day lead time. You should use them for any and all of your button needs!

Excellent experience all around. Using their templates, I was easily able to create the files necessary for my buttons. And they were able to make and ship them in a minimal amount of time.

I was really impressed with the ease of ordering. I was brand new to ELB and had to have art work set up and everything. It was absolutely seamless from start to finish.
