Jan 20,2021Purchased some refills for for bullet pen, they were initially dispatched quickly and seamlessly as always, however an issue with royal mail meant my parcel got misplaced and I was ink'less. A quick call to the guys at Custom Calibers and within 48 hours a new parcel was posted through my front door with some extra treats in it. I can't fault them yet again, professional, courteous and friendly. I will continue to use CC as my go to for gifts!

Dec 11,2020I ordered some inscribed drink vessels made from spent 30mm cartridge cases. The online order process was very easy to use and I awaited arrival of the goods. There was a delay by the courier but this was not Custom Calibers fault. They kept me updated online and when I phoned them they were very helpful and onto the problem straight away. The drinks vessels arrived very soon afterwards and the quality of the product is excellent. I will certainly be using them again in the future when I have a requirement for any unusual, quality presents.

The communication was spot on and the ammo tin with shot glasses that I received were really well made and have become a real talking point. Dec 01,2020What can I say, I ordered the blackout 50cal bottle opener and ammo box.... recieved it today.... this is probably one of the best personalised items I have ever purchased... the attention to detail goes above and beyond. The ammo box is genius and the 50cal round looks awesome! All placed inside a perfect presentation box! Cant recommend these guys enough... will definitely be purchasing from them again! .. blown away!

Jan 22,2021The work and the product was amazing and great quality. The only issue I felt was the lack of communication through the whole process. No estimated delivery date, no dispatch notification any generally no quick reply when I contacted them. That aside, I would use this company again.
