Sep 09,2021I'd made an order a month ago for a friend's 40th and opted to even pay extra for faster delivery to make sure it arrived in time for the celebration. Unfortunately after all this time the order still hasn't arrived and despite 3 emails and then using the contact us form on their website I still haven't had a response or update about where the gift is. It's a tad embarrassing having to keep apologising to my friend that he still doesn't have his gift. I understand through covid there has been some tough times on businesses but considering the current climate and how we are no longer in any lockdown measures surely a reply to an email and an update of the situation isn't too much to ask for.

Nathan and his team have taken the design given to them by my family, and absolutely smashed it!!! I really am over the moon and this is a gift set that will absolutely outlive me….. thank you so much and I will definitely be back for more!!!

Jun 27,2021I placed an order with Custom Calibers for a 7.62mm bottle opener as a keepsake for my Brothers 50th birthday. After a slightly longer wait than anticipated I got in touch with them and spoke with Nathan. He was very professional, extremely apologetic and explained the hold up. I left the call confident that my order would be with me in time, and I was not disappointed. Nathan and his team dug out to sort my order, and also followed up with a call to assure me it was inbound. My Brother was over the moon, the craftsmanship is excellent. I would definitely recommend Custom Calibers.
