Had query about why my computer was running slowly. Very quick response and problem solved straight away. Very pleased.
This company has become our single goto source for all IT and video matters because of their quality of service. They have over several years been responsive and helpful and we now have several different items supplied and maintained by them, including our wifi network, telephones, our video wall, solar panels and printer / copier.
We just love the fact we can ring and they resolve any issue within minutes remotely. Really good service, can’t fault them.
Perfect end to end service. Digital Britain checked what I was paying for my IT and telecoms and broadband and following their installation of new computers and phones my bills reduced to less than I was alreday paying. My computers are quicker, internet faster and I can now record telephone calls too. All the staff think the new setup is great.
Extremely poor service. Only seem to be interested in getting you into a contract. We have been trying to sort a payment issue with them since January! Despite making numerous phone calls and sending emails we are still no nearer to a refund.

We pay an extremely high fee of over £600/month for a service that is far from perfect and engineers who are slow to respond (over 4 days) and incapable of helping when they finally do. I would not recommend Customer Care to any small business.
Reverted to me very quickly with the cause of the problem and then informed me when solved.

Apr 14,2025I emailed Digital Britain about my boss not being able to access computer drive. Received a response within a few minutes, Dave logged onto his machine & found he wasn't connected to internal network. Dave resolved this. Very pleased, efficient as always.
