The quality of the build and finished product was excellent and the guys who did it were on it from the moment they arrived, all done in less than 10 days including 12m2 of decking. The finished product looks fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who wants a little haven in their garden.

Apr 08,2024I would recommend Customgardenroomsnortheast to anyone. The garden office went up in 9 days in pretty much torrential rain throughout and it looks great! The lads were professional, skilled and polite throughout the whole process and they even chopped up some left over wood so we can use it on the wood burner. Thank you :-)

Mar 07,2024We recently worked with Phill, Anna, and the rest of the team to design and build our perfect garden room. After discovering Custom Garden Rooms NE on Instagram, we speculatively got in touch to find out about pricing, lead times, etc. Phill came out to assess the site to talk us through different sizes, and options and to guide us through considerations we hadn't even thought about. He invited us to visit the showroom to view their products for ourselves, which I'd highly recommend to see the different materials and finishes. Anna was very patient with us as we went back and forth with ideas and changes to our requirements, and was very accommodating with our requests. All of this with no pressure to commit, despite a lot of hold-ups on our side. Once the build was underway the team on-site was great. They were undoubtedly very hard-working, courteous, and respectful of our home and surrounding area. The build quality and end result have gone beyond our expectations and we're incredibly excited to use and enjoy our new space.

Mar 05,2024Everything from start to finish was brilliant! From our initial quote to various amendments - the people we dealt with were professional and so helpful. We couldn’t quite believe how quickly they would then build the garden room. It snowed the day they started and we assumed this would lead to delays but they really do work in all weathers. The team were tidy and efficient workers. The finished product is fantastic. I would highly recommend and if we ever need another garden room, we will return to this company.

Mar 05,2024Great experience with Garden Rooms from our initial meeting with Phil right through to completion of the project. ( lovely showroom just outside Morpeth ) Some horrendous weather conditions on site with no real delays, Neil and his guys were prompt, polite and their attention to detail was fantastic. Great communication with Anna all through build process. I would highly recommend for any future works!!

From the initial site meeting with Phil, it was clear that this was a professional operation who took pride in their work and in providing a great service for a very fair price. Anna was great to work with, efficient and professional in every way. When the build was being done, everyone was prompt, hardworking and courteous. The finished result is so far excellent and we have had no issues to date.

Nov 26,2023Custom Garden rooms probably the best company you can use , very professional, very high standard of work All the work lads were great lads, I had bad access to the rear of my garden no problem for these lads , worked in the rain , worked none stop from start to finish, always on time , highly recommend, I wish I had a bigger garden would have another one built , mine was build in 5 days from start to finish

Nov 24,2023Thank you to the whole team for our fantastic new garden room. From the start to the finish in under ten days, working in terrible conditions, they completed our 5m X 4m room. Everything was so organised, Emails from Anna to the lads at our home, we didn't have to do a thing. All complete, insulated, plastered, electrics, flooring, lights all crafted and installed to a very high standard. We are very happy and highly recommend them to all. Thank you again.

Communication has been great from Anna and the team on site. The team were very efficient, professional and extremely hardworking, even with the rain and muddy conditions! The finished result is fantastic and exactly what I wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Sep 04,2023Looked at a number of firms but needed an electrical cable installing over an entrance road... most companies said they couldn't do as part of the job! Custom garden rooms not phased at all. The team were helpful from the start with advice, keeping costs down, and patient while we got planning permission. Work started as agreed and the onsite guys were friendly, reliable and hard working. Cleaned up on a daily basis. When a delivery firm damaged panels, quickly got a reorder sorted. Electrics (including the cable) are just right and done with minimal disruption. Overall, very happy to recommend them. A couple of minor miscommunications about where to view flooring choices during the planning phase.. no biggy! Post completion a couple of snags re sealant around window frames..they were out next day to sort and all good 6 months down the line. Would happily recommend the team.

Aug 19,2023This company came recommended to us and we spoke with Phil who was friendly and welcoming, after we decide what we wanted, we then dealt with Anna who was great and so easy to deal with, the process was seamless. The installation team, was where the process really stepped up a gear, they were amazing prompt, polite, professional and did an amazing job, I didn't get everyones names but Neil and the team were amazing. In short I wish they had built my new build house. Thank You

Worked exactly to their time frame and were really easy to deal with. Phil was very accommodating with what I was after and any requests were met with no issues. Would highly recommend this company!
