Jun 17,2023Fantastic job. The build team were friendly and professional, answering all my questions during the building process patiently. To align with my existing slanted decking, they didn’t mind to do more works to make it parallel to my house. Communication was excellent. Anna gave a prompt response to all my emails and listed down the details accurately even though I kept changing it. I was amazed at how quickly the garden house was constructed. Thanks the team, highly recommended.

Jun 06,2023We had been planning to install a garden room for a long time, I researched doing this alone which would have included many different companies for the build, installation, electric etc. I saw an advert for Custom Garden Rooms and fired off a message and I had a quick response. We had an initial site visit and Phil was great, basically told us the area we were going to build on was workable and we could have whatever we wanted but suggested a visit to their showroom. After our visit we made a decision to get some plans drawn up. Once everything was agreed in no time we had a date for the work to start. They started on time and worked from 8 am every day. It was amazing to see the garden room transform into an elegant, smart, practical room that can be used all year round. Recently we had our patio area modernised and now our garden is a perfect area for quiet relaxing and entertaining, I would recommend CustomGardenRooms NE to anyone wanting to create a beautiful Garden Room

What impressed me the most was how quickly they handled everything. Within a week, I received all the necessary electrical certificates, which was a big relief. It showed their efficiency and commitment to providing excellent service right to the very end! The build quality is top-notch, and it screams luxury. Every detail is carefully crafted, and the overall finish is flawless. It adds a touch of elegance to my garden! They also installed composite decking which we love! I can’t wait for our Garden furniture to arrive now. The team at Custom Garden Rooms were fantastic to work with. They were friendly, responsive, and always ready to answer my questions. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for a high-quality garden room, I highly recommend Custom Garden Rooms. Jun 01,2023still awaiting electrical certificate after several months to get signed off by the building inspector , and the decking we had them install and paid thousands is now cracking. sent emails but being ignored. trading standards is being contacted and solicitors will be contacted.

Jan 24,2023Great quality. From what was a complete dead space and dumping ground for logs and old building supplies, custom garden rooms has fully utilised every inch. Finished the front in larch wood adding yet another dimension, the finish is excellent. Great group of lads and would highly recommend.

The garden room looks great and really complements the garden. We're looking forward to good use out of the new found space, thanks again!

I absolutely love it and have used it all over the winter so can't wait for the warmer weather. Would highly recommended this company if you are considering a build. You won't regret it x

We’ve never had any issues from start to finish of project, and any worries or concerns were always dealt with instances by the team. The build team were friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Feb 02,2022We would recommend Custom Garden Rooms North East without hesitation and have recommended them to a number of our family / friends. From Phil's first site visit to visiting their show area to see examples of what we could do, to then coming up with the bespoke idea of what we would build, the advice and expertise of the company was evident. The work started when they said it would and the team that build our garden room were hard at work by 8am and worked on till late to get the job done. The emphasis was always on getting the job done in the right way and the craftsmanship is first class. Our garden room has been in place for over 6 months now and has been a fantastic addition. We have had a minor issue with our doors and whilst this was not a fault of Custom Garden Rooms North East, they have been fantastic when coming to fix the issue and ensure it doesnt happen again. Nothing is a problem and the standard of work from the installation team really is excellent. We love our garden room and would encourage any one looking to have one built, to use Phil and his team. First class job and I would expect it will last many years. Thanks again!

Jun 27,2023Absolutely over the moon with our garden room. The build was seamless and done in less than the two weeks quoted. The builders etc were all extremely professional. I had a few snagging-type queries and the team responded immediately and came out same day to resolve. We love using our garden room as a gym. Could not be happier.
