Sep 28,2021I never received my frame that I ordered. I was given 3 separate dates when my order would arrive and it was never delivered. After the package showed as delivered I reached out to customer support. I was initially told the frame wasn't even made yet. After following up they they said that it had actually been delivered. They then promised to ship another frame and have now stopped responding to all messages.

Sep 29,2021I've ordered 4 different picture frames from Custom Picture Frames, and I haven't had a single bad purchase yet! The orders are shipped usually fairly quickly and the couple of times I've had some kind of issue, getting in touch with someone was easy, and the interactions have been quite pleasant. The box and packaging that the frames come in is well secured against damage, I have seen slight gashes in the box on arrival but the frame inside was completely fine. This site is particularly useful if you really like your frames to compliment the art within them. I have about 8 more prints to frame, but these frames are a bit pricey (for me), so it will be some time before I've framed them all in their unique new homes, but I fully plan on using Custom Picture Frames to frame each of them. I'm hooked.
