I was appalled by our experience shopping at C W Sellors. Ordered a watch for my partner's birthday. He didn't like the strap so returned the watch. They refused to provide a refund claiming we had scratched the watch when there is absolutely no possibility - it was barely touched! They then sent the watch back without our consent to the wrong address. A refund was only issued after involving the watch brand. This appears to have happened to other customers having subsequently found their other trustpilot site for the C W Sellors website

Purchased a brand new watch from CW SELLORS/JURA WATCHES, returned it for a full refund, refund rejected on the basis I had apparently worn it and there were marks on the watch. I have bought quite a few watches from this company and to be accused of something I have not done is very disappointing. I deal with Watches of Switzerland, Goldsmiths, Ernest Jones and Watchfinder to name a few and never once have I had a watch returned and rejected based on what is an unfounded accusation. How do I know that this damage/wear wasn't caused by CW SELLORS/JURA WATCHES... They informed me today that they haver pictures of the watch prior to sending it to me.The pictures they have provided show the watch with a plastic wrapper around the head of the watch and the 3x pictures provided are dark and of poor quality. In my opinion, something is not right and anybody looking to buy from CW SELLORS/JURA WATCHES need to be cautious, need to to inspect the watch that they buy very thoroughly and take loads of pics to protect themselves, otherwise they too will be ion the position I am now in. Another important point is at no time was a Manager involved in engaging with me over something so serious especially being accused of something I have not done. It just shows you how the company regard their regular customers. Was told yesterday by a sales exec it’s irrelevant if I bought one watch or many.. Hmm, now that’s how to build long term relationships with customers… I for one will never be a customer of CW SELLORS/JURA WATCHES again and this watch collecting/buying community is small and word gets out as it should and customers or potential customers need to be aware of the pitfalls of buying form CW SELLORS./JURA WATCHES. N.B in response to CW SELLORS/JURA watches reply, Let me be crystal clear I have never worn this watch and sent it back as I received it. I have no idea what happened to this watch either prior to me receiving it or when it was returned for refund. The only point to make to other customers is to thoroughly inspect the watch when you receive it, take as many pictures as you can and report any issues straight away. In conclusion Beware, is all I will say….

I only had 2 straps for the montblanc watch , there sho have been 3. I telephoned and sent a photograph as requested and was told they would sort it out with the despatch department, but have not received any communication or the extra strap. Very disappointing when spending that amount of money.
Product cover was soiled. They refused to Accept that it was their fault Money still not refunded after 15 days I was asked to Pay to Send item Back Rubbish service

Easy to use website. Very competitive price with 25% discount. Lovely ring, which I collected from the Chester store. The staff at the store were friendly, engaging and very helpful. All in all, a great purchasing experience.
Went into Bakewell store. Sam approached us with a friendly smile and sat us down and talked us through our options for wedding rings, nothing was too much trouble. Since been back to collect the rings that had been resized, again saw Sam. We found her very friendly, professional and knowledgeable especially about watches, resulting in a further purchase of a Tag. Definitely recommend and would return

Terrible experience with recent purchase. Ordered item on 28/5/24. When I enquired I was told around 7-10 days for orders from Tissot. Still have not received the item. I have contacted customer services 5 times now. Each time to be told someone will get back to me imminently with an update which has not happened once.
Ordered earrings for my wife's birthday in plenty of time. Told they would arrive in time when I rang to check. They arrived a week after my wife's birthday. Will not use this jeweller again
Delivery of a Marco Bicego ring was three months' late. I had to send repeated emails to obtain any information on delivery; CW Sellors' responses were often weeks late and inaccurate, or they did not respond at all. My requests that a manger should contact me were ignored. At no time did they give an explanation for the long delay, and my payment was held by CW Sellors for six months before the item was delivered. This company is characterised by poor management which leads to indifferent staff. I shall not patronise this company again.
I was drawn in by sales prices into placing an order for 2 no. Georg Jenson bangles in May. At the time of ordering I was quoted 3-4 weeks for delivery - bit lengthy, but worth the discount - or so I thought! After numerous chasing emails to CW Sellors - some of which received generic, cut & paste responses re: production delays, supplier issues, hallmarking (?), blaming the brand for not sending the items, some of which went completely unanswered - still didn’t have a defined time frame for receiving my order 8 weeks later. Ended up contacting Georg Jenson myself who were most helpful, immediately confirmed a timeframe for delivery (the items were in stock), apologised, offered a free gift & provided tracking info. Eventually received my order some 9 weeks later in late July, after CW Sellors told me the day before that the order had been lost during shipping and would be another 2 weeks! No idea how long it would have been without chasing it myself or the help I received from GJ themselves. Don’t be fooled by the prices….the hassle, frustration and stress of dealing with CW Sellors is NOT worth it. You will find similar reviews below which echo my own experience - I wish I’d have read them before ordering. Purchase from elsewhere or direct from the brand.
