Rcvd Delux 175 from mom & pop retailer. Toggle swith was broken off but rest of guitar was in beautiful, mint condition (as it should be). Called store but said they were closed due to Covid-19 but someone would call back if I left a msg. No one called back so two days later I called D'Angelico offices and asked for customer service or warranty department. The one who answered said she could help me. No waiting, no elevator music, not 10x phone transfers. I believe her name was Fiona. She was very sweet and helpful. First she walked me through registering my purchase, then she explained the warranty/repair process and got me up to speed on what to do. Apparently customer service in the US isn't dead. Thank you Fiona and D'Angelico Guitars. You craft a beautiful product. Regards, Randy

Bought an excel Grammercy in the aspen shop. Shipped to my home in Kansas in a matter of days. Great setup laid back customer service excellent build quality even for their chinese builds.

I recently purchased a 2015 EX SS. I love the guitar. Beautiful instrument. I decided to buy a couple of tee shorts to show D'Angelico pride. The selection was great and purchase went smoothly. Just a few suggestions. 1) offer replacement and custom parts i.e. nuts, bridges, and pickups without going through the warranty department. 2) have a database with specifications for past year's non-discontinued models. 3) provide a forum or platform for learning jazz guitar. You create such incredible instruments that it's a shame that D'Angelico isn't the go to resource for jazz guitars and music. Bill McQueen

Excellent fit and finish, beautiful guitar; wonderful balance, light weight yet feels good; excellent tones from Duncan USA Jazz neck and JB bridge humbuckers; the hard case was purchased separately from D'Angelico and fits like a glove!! Overall - highly recommend this guitar!!! It will fill any niche and scratch any itch!!
