Thankfully they refunded me for the first one I managed to fix the second but now it just broke again. Two stars because of the great customer service.. shame because their products are beautiful.

Aug 24,2023Hi I already had some of this jewellery so I ordered two bracelets for a family members birthday. They arrived in a cardboard box in a plastic bag. It really cheapened what was an expensive gift. I was very disappointed. I don't reccomend for gifting. I also was disappointed with the finish and colour of what I purchased.
