Dec 03,2021Dapperdog was very helpful in helping me decide which coat to order for my cocker spaniel. The lady I spoke to, Suzie, was very knowledgeable and patiently talked me through the various options which would meet my dog's requirements. The order was despatched promptly and arrived within 2 days of my speaking to her which I thought was very quick especially given the time of year (just after Black Friday when the company had received a lot of orders). The coat, a Wolters fleece-lined ski jacket, is of exceptional quality and design and well worth the money. Thank you.

It was very important to find a comfortable harness as our dog has glaucoma and must not have any pressure on her neck. I ordered and the items came the next day. Excellent products and service.
