We know that quality matters, so we don’t deal in seconds as they can be of varying quality, and come with little or no guarantee, and as such this is something we have never felt comfortable offering to our customers. Instead, we use our exceptional relationships with manufacturers to ensure that we can get exclusive prices to pass on to our customers. This means we are able to offer exclusive prices, aswell as have special offers available on certain ranges of carpet tiles.

May 24,2016These people just don't take no for an answer. After sending my free samples they proceeded to bombard me follow up phone calls to make me buy from them. I blocked the number, then they phoned from a different number. The email spam is 10 times worse. Clearly their 'unsubscribe' link is just for decoration. Three emails TODAY alone. A company that clearly has no respect for their customers wishes.

May 02,2016Recently ordered some tiles for my garden room and gave all the measurements to the company. However when the tiles arrived there were not enough which incurred more costs as I had to order more tiles and employ a carpet fitter for another day...another £120.00. Although the company gave me free delivery I feel they could have re-imbursed some of the costs of the tiles as they had calculated the amount of tiles needed and the error was down to their calculations.

Apr 27,2016I ordered the tiles after excellent service with Janine in Sales- we needed the tiles quite quickly. However there was a delay with the tiles leaving Holland and my delivery was pushed by a week which was a nightmare. After a few frantic calls, James and the team managed to get my tiles delivered on the day they were needed for! The tiles look fantastic and I couldnt be happier- the team definitely went the extra mile!
