Mar 30,2021I was dealt with lovely and caring advisor named Alex. She took me through the process very gently and calmly. I felt as my friend, who is concerned about me is helping me out. I had some trust issue with the company but Alex managed to make me feel at ease and managed to provide me with all the details about the company. She even waited for me to respond back. The whole process went calmly, she guided me on each step and she was also very honest with me. Now, I am at ease with my financial matters and credits. The National Dept advisory really has helped me in my tough times. I have financial control and my life is back on track.

Mar 29,2021Absolutely Amazing advisor I struggled for awhile worrying about my bills as I had to leave work due to ill health so I filled a form out an national debt got back to me straight away I was worried to answer the call so they sent me a txt to say I can talk thru text I it made it easier which it did then I had a phone call from a lovely advisor called Alex, she made me feel at ease an very understanding about my situation I feel like a weight has lifted of me an cant thank Alex enough for going above an beyond no matter what time of day or night always there if I had any questions an always answered thank you so much I feel so much better
