Mar 24,2021I got in touch via the website and was contacted by Chris shortly afterwards via WhatsApp. We then arranged a phone call, to run through what I was hoping to gain from the service and find out what my current situation was and what my options were. Chris was very helpful and answered all my questions. He then gave me the space to think about what I wanted to do and let me get back in touch when I was ready. He continued to answer any questions I had after the process started and eased any concerns I had. I was pleased with the outcome and would recommend the service.
