Ordered open house flag. noticed their website placed two orders. Tried to call and email to see if they could cancel on order and to get an idea of when they will arrive. I have only received a confirmation receipt for my order. They can't or wont provide a delivery date so now I am stuck doing open house without advertisement. Lucky a fellow agent has signs. I won't be using them ever again. They lost a major client as I buy alot of signs through out the year.
Don't bother. Poor customer service. I bought sign posts (3) from them and they didn't calculate shipping at the total. Instead, they said that we will receive an email with the shipping costs. Didn't get an email following up and the shipping costs made the signs way overpriced. I would have cancelled, however, without the email, I was unsure of the price. I called to try and figure this out and instead got told there was nothing they could do. Sign posts are okay quality, not the best I've had, not the worst. Definitely not worth what I paid. Poor customer service makes me say spend your money elsewhere.
Terrible and slow! These guys can't get the order rifht first of all. Back on June 29 I had finalized an order. June 30 I find it is incomplete although I have a receipt showing otherwise (what gives?). We go through that email. After clarifying design and items ordered, I ask for a time frame, no response. Over a week later I inquire again as I havent heard of ANY progress! Dont go to these guys if you need something in 2 weeks, even. The first time I ordered and the signs missed my name even though I had requested a small add on for it. It took forever but these were generic realtor signs! Now the signs I need are more specific and they're taking longer! I'm covering up my old signs to say what I need! Don't count on these guys.
Slow service. They take no responsibility for their mistakes. They make no effort to correct their mistakes. I've ordered them several times in the past, but my current order will very likely be my last. I'll be looking for a local, reliable sign source.
This is the slowest company I dealt with. I regret ordering signs from this company. Takes a month to deliver??? I have listings that needs my signs and I can't get them install because they are freaking slow.
Never again! My Most recent $800 order of signs and riders was terrible. I was under the impression they were silhouetting my photo on a sign background. The signs come with a big blotch in the white space. The quality control process at Dee Sign should be catching things like that before printing. I reached out to both contacts from the company that I dealt with and neither one responded to my complaint. I’m disgusted and will never order signs from them again. Beware if you use them.

Ordered open house directional signs on their website. They failed to process the order and a week later called to ask if I would like to put my picture on the signage. I said no picture just process the order as I need for an open house in 2 weeks. A week goes by, I call in to check on my order status and it still has not been processed. I asked if they could rush it and on top of that the customer service said "We are too busy with other orders". AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
No idea how well these guys are but they just rolled through a stop sign at a 4way stop out of turn in their white Dee Signs Ford Escape. Not cool!
Quality is below standard.
Ordered Open House signs. Received For Rent. Spoke with Kyla. She said no worries, toss for rent - we will ship you correct order, Open House. Asked her how long it will take, she said about 5 business days. Cool. Called her yesterday, left a message. No response. Emailed her twice asking for a tracking number since the order should be arriving any day now. I receive notifications that she opens/reads emails and ignores emails and calls. On top of that, your 800 number does not work. Do you have anyone in your organization who can process order properly the first time or at least do it right the second time ? Beware when placing orders. Broken operation here.
I ordered 6 simple SOLD riders and 6 small "corrugated" For Sale arrow signs with my name on them. I waited almost 2 1/2 weeks, and only part of my order arrived (the generic SOLD riders and the small metal stakes to hold the corrugated plastic/paper arrow signs... all of which would have been in stock). I called DeeSIgn and explained the situation. The employee put me on hold, then came back to say she needed to dig further into the issue. It took another day for her to call me back. She explained how they goofed up (really good excuses, but of no use to me) and said the rest of my order "will now be shipped out." - So... it will take, I assume, another week or two to get the arrow signs. And yes, I received..... an apology. An apology does NOT make me want to do business with this company again. I would suggest you offer the client a $25 discount, which is what i would have received had i seen the ad offering that discount. Wouldn't hurt the company, but it WOULD get me back as a customer!
Amy confirmed my order and followed up when changed needed to be addressed. It was a great experience.
I actually cancelled my order with Dee Sign and moved my business to Oakley after the snotty customer service representative refused to discuss my pricing as it related to competitors. The good news is that I ordered three signs from Oakley and ended up getting the entire order for 30% less - great service - and I basically got 3 signs for what I would have paid for 2 at Dee Sign.
Used them 4 times over 15 years, they make great signs but.... be VERY careful that your final order = your online confirmation. My last order was online with a 20% discount, agreed with the total and entered my cc. One day later I receive my final order confirmation which is 50% more than my initial order. They managed to NOT give me my 20% discount, then adding insult to injury they actually added what the original discount would have been to my total. Yep they up charged me and then re charged me again. It took 3 calls to convince them of the overcharge, no apology, no sorry for the inconvenience. I just Cslled again one week later for my credit on the difference, they're still "processing" it....
They do not reveal the total cost including shipping until after the order is committed. The signs wear out more quickly with wind moving the sign attachments. I like a sign post offered elsewhere better but I like the base ground stake with Dee signs better.
DEE SIGN is fast, detailed and professional. I can count on always getting exactly what I ordered and a follow-up call to verify my order. Trusted.
We ordered Post signs and they turned out great! They helped us choose a the most scratch resistant material and were pleasant along the way. We had some custom requests but the transaction was smooth. However the custom spaced holes at the bottom were a little off but not too bad. Thank you!
Our radon yard signs we ordered previously were perfect. Our basement yard signs were nearly perfect, just not quite the shade of blue we wanted. But we will try to get it corrected the next time we place an order. Great service though

Jul 15,2021I ordered sign riders and thought I had paid for them since I used my credit card to purchase the order I got an email saying your order has been completed. I thought I was done with ordering, got my confirmation and waited for my order. I thought I confirmed the order since the sent an email for me to do so. I waited a month went by they never called me back. They dropped my order. I couldn't even find it on line. They are unreliable and unwilling to fix their mistake. Warning - don't depend on them for real estate. I will try Aztec signs or Lowen signs.
