May 10,2017The signage ordering process is completely disjointed and difficult to navigate. It appears to me that there is a lack of internal communication that causes customer expectations that are unrealistic and can't be met - I was told my sign could be completed in 7 business days but was never informed that it would take an additional 3 business days for the artwork to get setup. I then was told my order would be ready by a specific date and it took 2 additional business days to receive it. I also had to navigate through multiple different people contacting me to approve the art, make a payment, and to check on the order status. Some of the emails received didn't include the name "DeeSign" within the email so I wasn't able to easily find some of the correspondence received when doing a search within my email. The quality of the end product is great but the ordering experience was terrible. I never had anyone reach out to me and apologize for any delays or miscommunication. I am not sure if I will ever order from here again.
