Matt, Dan and Kian were amazing today. Explained everything and made you feel welcome from the start. They were always to hand I'd needed in and out of game time.

Had so much fun paintballing at Delta Force with the family! Ryan was brilliant, he was friendly and made the briefings fun! He also made a point of making sure people were playing safely and following the rules. You go through more paintballs than you think you will so I suggest getting one of the bigger packs at the beginning!

Horrendous day and would never recommend this place. They matched my party of 8-12 year olds with another group that was meant to be 8-12 but sadly theyre group had only 2 children and the rest were definitely older than 12 and at least 3 were grown men. My children were shot at whilst the guns were actually touching them and not at any distance. I raised with stewards, nothing was done. The second game was paused to swap areas and unfortunately the other team continued to shoot my 8 year old who was so scared he crouched into a ball and sobbed. I was in the viewing area with only googles on and had to jump in to protect him. I was hit 5 times by various players with no overall protection but nothing was done by management because I had signed a waiver. Even 2 members of staff apologised for this happening and even wanted the other team off site for not following rules but management didnt even supoort their views. At the end of the session the other team came over to me getting aggressive and shouting in my face. I asked for them to go away and not one staff member interved. I called the police to help escort me of the premises but fortunately I was able to leave safely before they arrived. I understand delta force aren't responsible for controlling the other people holding the guns but as a parent please just make sure your kids are playing with other people their age! Delta force do not care and have said rules can be broken as long as its not physical.

Had a second family holiday visit to Delta Force Paintball at Birmingham. Our Marshal Dan remembered us from out last visit a couple of months back Our pre-order came with 100 paint balls per person and Max the manager was very accommodating when my child with SEN went to order more for the day. Recommend for three people playing, get 2100 paint balls to cover the day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Both Dan and Seth were excellent when dealing with rowdy customers who were not playing by the rules. Big thumbs up and see you soon.

Went as part of a stag weekend to the Cardiff site. Daniel and Zoe were brilliant, funny and informative. Had a fantastic time for a fair price!! They also have a few fun games for stags/birthdays which is great. Highly recommend 👍🏻

My children purchased a paintballing experience for me for fathers day. We decided to book at a venue while we were away on holiday this week. We visited the Kegworth Delta force paintball centre on Sunday this week. We did have fun, and enjoyed the games.. BUT.. On arrival we were told that what the kids had purchased wouldn't be enough paintballs for the experience, and that we had four games so needed to buy more paintballs. We were told roughly 100 per game would be needed. So I spent £100 on 4 x £25 bundles. After the 3rd game we were told time was up, and that we would not be having a 4th game. Not a major issue, we'd had fun. But I still had 400 (£25 worth) of unused paintballs. I asked for a refund and was refused. "It's against our policy" I was told. Nowhere on site does it mention that paintballs are non refundable, or we would have just bought some in between games. We made the purchase purely on the recommendation of the team on the day. He at no point said they were non refundable. I spoke with the duty manager, Sian, she was polite but refused to refund. I emailed the head office, they refused to refund, and I today spoke with someone who refused to refund. I have now raised this with the local trading standards office and raised a card claim with my bank. Companies should not be allowed to get away with miss selling, and miss information. It's "Only" £25, but the point is they should not be ripping people off. They offered to give us a credit towards future paintballing, but due to the way they have handled this case, I have no intention of ever using them again. As a minimum, they should be forced to display their no refund policy, much like you see at Sports Direct for example, they have a clear policy on every till, and you know that they will only offer a credit note. Furthermore, on the website under their own terms and conditions, there is NO mention of this no refund policy. Be aware, IF you go.. do NOT buy loads at a time. You'll be throwing money down the toilet.

OMG!!! It was amazing!! I went to the Cobham branch with my family of 10 and it was our first time and such a nice experience and games!! Staff were incredibly helpful and understandable!!! Enjoyed it alot!!! From 8yrs to 60yrs old in my family.

I took a group of 10 children for my sons birthday to Wakefield and it was amazing. Staff were on hand, helpful, sorted out any issues we had. The kids all loved it and can't wait to go back. Yes it's pricey but if you don't go too trigger happy you can make your paintballs last a long time. Can't wait to book again.

The toilet was very dirty .the castle( inside game) smell bad .they charge you too much and give you really bad service .
