I have just booked paintball for the first time for a stag do of 11 people and have had a pleasant and fast process booking it with great customer service and good information from Stephanie Cullen who was very helpful in answering questions. looking forward to getting there now and trying it out.

I spoke to the lady on the online booking service and asked for a price for 16 junionrs. i was informed it was £9.99 each. I was informed at the time that this was everything for the game. I was not informed there would be any extra cost. I looked at my invoice and found that Paintballs were not included and this would be between £25-£35 per person. This was not explained. I asked to cancel my order as we cannot afford that and was told I would only be entitled to a voucher for a year. This is a poor service and not explained well at all. Unfortunately I will be forwarding the chat to trading standards as the business has not explained the cost effectively in order for the me (consumer) to be fully informed.

You will pay for the privilege of buying liberally overpriced packs of paint-balls, only after you have already committed to booking your tickets and arrived with your group of friends, which would all be welcomed as a captive market by ineffectual staff members. You will be supplied with equipment of questionable age and working capacity. Your guns will occasionally jam while you aim through the foggy scratched up plastic of your helmet visors. You will brush this off, as you share this experience with many other naive souls who had the idea of choosing this company for a fun day out. After surviving a patronizing introduction and a first few rounds of games, you may start to assess the rules of the playing fields to strategize your victory. Eventually, you may perhaps even come to the conclusion that they heavily incentivize repetitive standstills where you can promptly and efficiently dispense your ammo, almost if by design. This won't be an issue either however, as you will soon all be cattled back into the lobby area for a fresh new course of enthusiastically marked up paint-ball packs and snacks, ready and prepared to repeat this two or three times. Suddenly, the games are announced finished and you are encouraged to leave the site as soon as possible; but not before you clean up the gear bestowed to you back to its most pristine condition, ripe for handing over straight to the next batch of valued customers. Enjoy your future booking!

I generally don’t write reviews but I had to as The marshals were super rude. They don’t explain how the day will go prior to rushing you into the games. You go into the venue and are rushed into getting the equipment and bullets without any introduction or guidance. There is no one to help you figure out what you need and where to go. If you have bought extra bullets for ppl who are no shows they don’t give the bullets just credit it for your next visit. Games are rushed and no one scored or gave any results. Worse customer service I have ever received. Please don’t waste your money and trip.

The first thing I noticed about this place is that the drains are broken and there there is a puddle of disgusting smelling water outside the toilets. Why on earth wouldn’t you fix this and a priority if you cared about anything? Beyond that I felt the arenas were tired and unimaginative and there were too many players in each game - always 1-2 people already there when you arrived to take cover. The goggles were smeary and fogged as soon as you breathed. Then the sales tactics and pricing structure for the extra paint. I think it’s ethical to include a reasonable number of paintballs in the price so everyone knows what it’s going to cost - unless they’re really going all out. It’s just a hard sell designed to force you into up-sales Won’t be back.

The company does everything to squeeze money out of you. They're not really interested in their customers having a good experience. Even though geographically it might be the most convenient option for you, try to avoid this company.

Spent £20 per person to hire a Marshall and guns. Then an additional £70 for paintballs. First 2min into the first round my hopper pops open due to no clips on lid( i asked for a hopper that could latch when i was given the broken one and was told they never pop open) lost my first full hopper. Asked if i could pick up the balls was told no. Then bought additional balls and then every 5 minutes id have to put my gun up and get a replacement due to some fault or another. Over all for the 19 people who went maybe 3 people enjoyed it.

Brilliant day of paintballing ! We have been regular paintballers for the last 15 years and have tried most of the venues in the South of England - this location is by far the best. Great maps and the staff are professional. Be sure to loadout with grenades to give you the edge over the enemy... Big shout out to the head marshall Joe - thanks for looking after us ! See you again soon. Cheers, Paul

we arranged a birthday party at Delta Force Orpington, for our 10 years old daughter and her friends, total 10 children. we chose the £26 per person package. before we even started the game, the staff said the amount of paintballs wouldnt be enough and asked us to upgrade to £36 per person. we never played this before and took their advice. our group was 9-10 years old girls and there was another group of teenagers and adults for the same time slot. the staff member said the 2 groups would play separately due to the age difference but in reality the staff didnt care, the teenagers specifically chose the 9-10 years olds girl and shot them not in the chest with the protective gear but on their legs, bottoms, arms. and the staff didnt do anything. most of the girls didnt want to return to the game after the break. and 3 bags of paintballs were unused. this place and the staff is so unprofessional that they persuaded customers to upgrade abefore the game started and they dont pay any attention to the safety of the participants.

As people who have gone to several paintball events over the past 15 odd years we were extremely disappointed with our experience today with Delta Force. There was over an hour wait before we started. The game zones were too small with some of them having poor shields making it unplayable for the huge groups playing. This led to no skill being required, the games basically were played by either utterly running and hoping for the best whilst getting hammered by paintballs or having unlimited funds so you could just destroy the opposing team with all your ammo. More importantly this was the first time ever doing paintballing where we felt it was unsafe. On one of the zones we were told not to touch certain things as they were falling apart. The marshalls weren't able to marshall. They were too few (1 per zone with 40 players) and couldn't be heard over the utter chaos the was ensuing. People were disregarding the rules: being hit but still playing, shooting people at point blank range, shooting people who were clearly going to the 'dead zone'. The marshalls were either ignoring it or just didnt have the skills to manage it. What I find particularly concerning is from reading some of the reviews over the past 12 months these are similar themes coming up which they clearly are not resolving. This is a company that are allowing 6 year olds to play, how is that ok when they clearly are unable to control the games safely.

Delta Force Paintball were very generous in offering a donation to a charity fundraising Tombola for the GCCF Supreme Cat Show. They offered fast and professional communication and their support will make a huge difference to our fundraising.

Worsley, what an absolute 💩 hole!!! Wreck your car with the thousands of pot holes before you even get there! Dirty, stinking, knackered boiler suits, and helmets stink!!! Left skint, huge valeting bill and a swollen face, allergic reaction to the nasty masks 😡 Piles of boiler suits piled up left in the mud and rain, helmets literally chucked back in nets outside, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! DELTA FORCE WORSLEY! what a farce of a place!!! Firstly the 1 mile stretch of dirt track leading into it is that bad with deep pot holes, crawling along at less than 5 mph i still snapped a spring on my suspension... (ford kuga) its herrendous. There is literally no road to drive on. Once in there it soon became clear that this place is poorly organised and completely run down. I understand that there is supposed to be a "theme" to the place but no, its just run down. Next up is trying to understand what equipment you are supposed to get as basic. Seeing that a pair of ripped worn out overalls and a dirty mask isnt enough you are encouraged to buy more gear...in fact TOLD you needed gloves which you had to buy!!. Over to the kiosk we went. £90 for the "black ops" x1, £70 for the "commando" x2, £50 for the "starter" x4, so, with the promise of assault rifles, sniper rifles and better head gear etc. £430 spent, We were all in! To say we were dissappointed with what we actually got is an understatement!!! Apart from extra paintballs and gloves (which fall apart), the helmet, jacket and weapons are the SAME!! Ok, so they are painted different but essentially are the same. Oh, you get some grenades as well which didnt work because they were too damp! Absolute rip off!! Now lets talk about the "maps" What a joke. 3 maps in the woods. Too small and unkept. Barriers so low that you cant hide behind unless your a child. Stinking black Mud up to your ankles at every barrier..for gods sake just put some gravel or bark down there. Rules that were pointless because the marshals, (of which there were few), didnt give a crap enough to enforce. At one point in a game we just dropped out. A lot of people still had paintballs left over because the games were so short and poorly mapped. The final point i will make is the masks. They stunk of sweaty socks. Were falling apart and fogged up after 5 mins you couldnt see a thing. There was no cleaning station, You were told not to lift them up to clear them yourself, you were told, no, SHOUTED AT not to leave the arena! So, you were stood there not able to see or move getting blasted. This place is unorganised and geared towards spending more money for nothing! Dont waste your money on the black ops or commando!! All in all total cost of over £500!!! Save your money there are much much better paintball experiences elsewhere!

I am the fist time visitor for the paintball games and wasn’t sure for activities, prices and group I need to select. But Stephanie Cullen helped me understand everything in a polite and friendly manner, which not only helped me to make choices quicker but also saved by selecting appropriate group according to my requirements. So, well done and keep up the good service. Many thanks Sangeeta

A great day out for our two 10 and 11 year old at Delta Force in Bristol. Be very careful how you book as Epic appear to con and will say anything to get a sale. I met a women who spent £500 on 6 cards and still had to pay for balls and additional items she was promised with the sale and entry for life. Book online and avoid buying extra balls on the day as it will cost you more. Great experience though and special mention to Kelsey and Morgan. Take your own picnic as they don't provide food. Plenty of space to sit. Easy to find from M4.

I feel I was sold this experience falsely. I was told that my 8yr olds would be playing with a similar age group, with smaller child friendly guns which they werent.no grenades etc, When we arrived they were all grown men on a stag do and a few other older teenagers. Our children were put against these men who had the use of grenades, smoke bombs etc, all adult sized guns and balls which they were using on our children. The other players were being good with the children but a few were taking advantage of the fact they were smaller. At the end of the round a couple of the players thought it would be ok to unload their remaining balls on the back of our kids close range, AFTER the game had finished. We were expecting a few light bruises from the day. But the fact they both came out crying and in agony was not a good experience at all.

Been here a few times now and the experience has always been fun. Just booked another day and I'm super excited. Other than other players cheating (the marshals do their best to crack down on it) the whole day is great

WARNING: BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL!!! I've not used this company for nearly four years but today they have invented a fictitious booking and are trying to charge my credit card with £193. I've had to contact my credit cards to put a block on this company who are not answering emails and leaving me on hold when I call. I'll leave you to figure out what's going on here but it doesn't look good?
