May 07,2023I recently had an experience playing paintball in Upminster on 06/05/2023. While it was overall fun, there were several aspects of the experience that left me feeling disappointed. Firstly, the cost of the experience was extremely expensive. While the entry fee of £69.99 seemed reasonable at first, it quickly became apparent that there were many hidden costs involved. For example, I had to pay an additional £119.99 for the first 100 bullets per booking, and then had to spend an extra £250 for 4000 bullets as the first 100 bullets would not last long. The company is not transparent about these costs, and it is clear that they lure customers in with the cheap entry price. Secondly, the paintball venue was dirty and lacked proper facilities. The mud behind the covers made the experience hardly enjoyable, and it was disappointing to see that the company had not taken any steps to improve the playfields, such as adding gravel or planks in high-traffic areas. The guide person also did not enforce the rules he set up prior to handing the paintball guns to us, which made the experience feel unsafe at times. Lastly, while the experience itself was fun overall for everybody, it was clear that it was only enjoyable if you have deep pockets. If you are a parent that pays 100% of the cost yourself I would not recommend this experience to others who are looking for an enjoyable experience for their little ones. If the company was more transparent about their prices and made improvements to the venue, I would recommend the experience. Overall, I would rate this paintball experience as average, and I recommend that the company improves its transparency around prices and makes necessary improvements to the playfields.

Apr 02,2023The Maps are to small and had to many players in it. Paintball where £12 for 100 or 90 for 950 after every game we had to buy another 950 paintballs as we ran out after every game. The guns all ran out of gas for the 4 out of 5 of us on the last game We booked a 3 hour slot but only played for a Total of 45 mins and spent well over £300 on paintballs. The staff are friendly but there over whelmed and can't really help the new players that we'll as they are to busy. A fun game just turned into a unenjoyable and frustrating experience with a wasted day! Came across as a money grabbing more than anything. Won't go again.

Mar 29,2023Do not make a booking with this company!!!!!!!!! I booked a session for my son's 12th Birthday, for him and his friends. The booking was made many weeks in advance and i paid the balance in full as requested (payment made over the telephone, no terms & conditions were provided and i sign no agreement). 3 days before the booking the company phoned up and said that they no longer have any other bookings on that day so they will have to cancel our booking. They said that under no circumstances will they consider running a session that doesn't make profit, the fact that a child birthday is being affected is not something they give any consideration to when making a decision, it's totally profit driven. If this wasn't bad enough they then advised that they will not give us any refund, the most they can offer is a alternative date or a credit note. I explained that as this is a birthday treat another date is not going to work and we would have no need for a credit note, we requested a refund so we could book an event at a different venue. The Customer Service Manager at the booking centre was very arrogant and said that they would not provide a refund under any circumstance. When I requested to speak with a more senior manager I was told that more senior managers do not talk with customers. Honestly I've never had such bad customer service from a company in the UK, i'm sure it operates outside UK law in regards to refusing Customers refunds when they are cancelling bookings.
