Jul 30,2024I went along with my partner for his final implants which was to take 6 days. While we were there I decided to enquire on the cost of 20 crowns, 10 top and top bottom. The price was amazing. I would at this point have been suspicious and worried at a low price but having seen what they had already done to my partner during his treatment and the fabulous customer service they provided I decided to go ahead. I was told they would start my treatment on the Monday and be finished by the Saturday at the same time as my partner. They were true to their word and the whole experience was so relaxing knowing that if I had any worries or questions I could ask my co-ordinator Mary. Mary was lovely and made sure our every needs were met and answered any questions at any time. She was also the interpreter between myself and the Dentists and was there every step of the way. In 6 days I've gone from misshapen discoloured teeth to a beautiful smile and all thanks to Dente. Can't recommend them enough!

Jul 30,2024After 2 years of research this clinic caught my eye, I was so nervous when I arrived knowing full well this would be a life changing decision! Dente absolutely changed my life, This clinic is state of the art and the dentists are incredible, I had 13 teeth out, 12 implants and a sinus lift and a bone graft, I'm delighted with the outcome and my new teeth look stunning, Mary the coordinator is so lovely and full of knowledge, and is there for you all the way, 100% recommend dente, 👍👍👍

Jul 19,2024I would like to thank Mary for sorting everything out with getting my teeth done she was great and really good at her job i got 28 zirconium crowns emax which look amazing the staff looked after me everytime i visited the clinic and did everything to make my visits enjoyable im really happy with my new smile thanks to the dentist and his team for making my smile look brand new would highly recommend this clinic to family and friends most definitely

Jul 07,2024Before booking or visiting this place, please read this carefully to avoid the same negative experience and surprises that I encountered. I discovered this place on Instagram and reached out to them. I was contacted by a woman named Irem, who I believe is a representative that brings in customers from abroad for the dental clinic. She provided a quote of 24 zircon crowns and 12 implants for £4,995 after I sent images of my mother's teeth and a partial x-ray. Irem mentioned that if bone grafting was needed, the cost might increase. The final price would be determined after an x-ray with the dentist. Upon our arrival in Izmir, we were provided with accommodation at Majura Hotel Business, which I would rate as 2.5/3 stars. The hotel was basic and in need of an upgrade. It was disappointing that the clinic did not provide a more comfortable stay, especially for patients undergoing surgery. We arrived on Tuesday at noon and had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 pm. This left little time to enjoy Izmir before our treatment, which was frustrating as we had hoped for a quick visit. During the appointment on Wednesday, we were quoted £6,500 instead of the previously agreed £4,995 due to the need for bone grafting. We negotiated a price of £6,400 after some back and forth with Irem. However, we were then charged an additional £400 for paying by card instead of cash, which was not communicated to us beforehand. After deciding not to proceed with the treatment, we were charged £100 for the x-ray and £100 for the airport transfer, which we later discovered were excessive fees. The consultation stage is free everywhere in Izmir after we tried a couple. No one charged us. They robbed us with £100. In the uk I live one hour from the airport and they charged us £77 lol. I could have easily walked away but because I was with my poor mum and wanted to end this quick as. The lack of transparency and professionalism from the reception team was concerning, as they did not provide any invoices or receipts. The reception team's behaviour was rude and unprofessional, and they showed little concern for our well-being once they had received payment. Additionally, we were informed that products from Israel were used at this clinic! The implant brand is called Alfa and it is made in Israel. I asked Irem where is the brand made and she told me Israel. They have other brands from Germany. So be careful. We should be boycotting anyone that helps that country financially. They kill children. This is enough reason not to use this clinic. In the end, we managed to get my mother's teeth treated for £5,200 somewhere else. My advice would be to avoid booking through a representative and instead arrange your flight and accommodation independently. Booking directly with the clinic may result in a better price, as prices offered to British citizens tend to be higher. Thank you for taking the time to read my experience and I hope it helps others in making informed decisions. I do not recommend this place and I do not recommend dealing with Irem. There are far better and cheaper places in turkey to get your teeth done and offer better hotel stays (it’s very important because after surgery you will want somewhere comfortable and nice to stay)

Dr. Serdar Demirçal explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The facilities were modern and clean, and the staff was very helpful,especially Mary ws a great help. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality dental care.

Jun 12,2024Well where do I even start with this amazing dental clinic , so I can to dente dental on 1st June and was absolutely nervous terrified to say the least but soon as I met irem who picked me up and took me to the clinic and met the team I was genuinely shocked how amazing they were and my nervous disappeared soon as I met dr nuri who fitted new implants and took care of me and the rest of the team were amazing , I am so happy with my temporary teeth and I cannot wait to September to get treatment all finished and meet the team again

From my first visit in February 2024 to my final visit in June, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Dente Dental was recommended to me by a previous patient, and I can confidently say that they lived up to the recommendation and more. The team at Dente, particularly Mary, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was seamless. From organizing transportation and accommodations to personally showing us around Izmir during our second visit, their attention to detail and hospitality was impressive. The expertise of Dr. Nuri Ünal and Dr. Serdar Demirçal is truly noteworthy. Their professionalism and extensive experience were evident throughout the entire process. Returned after 2 years to get a checkup and needed wisdom tooth removed teeth are perfect they said as I e looked after them well and also my friend had his teeth done. Once again everyone that works the clinic were fantastic and this place really is the best place to get teeth done.

Jun 05,2024Hi everyone I came to dente from Scotland back in February for the first phase of my treatment, I am a patient who hates the thought of the dentist never mind going to get work done but I spoke with Irem and she spoke me through everything wich was so helpful and put me at ease I chose to pay extra for sedation just because of my fear but Irem did say I wouldn't need it as local anesthesia is applied so there not asking you to pay just to take your money wich I thought was great. Excellent work carried out by Dr Serdar and his team at my first visit by extracting teeth and putting implants in couldn't believe there was no pain after it 🙌. I stayed in the majura hotel and thought the staff were nice and the rooms were clean. I then went back at the end of may and had the work carried out to wich am absolutely buzzing with, I can't stop smiling 😁 again thanks this time to Dr Nuri and his team at dente for giving me my confidence back 💚. This time I stated in the dewy hotel for a change the staff were excellent in there to and the rooms were OK but the hotel sits on a busy road with no were to sit, if it's the hotter months so I wasn't happy with that but Irem was quick to sort me a room in the majura for the rest of my stay so ad like to thank Irem and all the staff at dente for the work they done for me 💚

May 31,2024I was facing the financial conundrum of affording significant dental work here in the USA. I was looking at a minimum of $14,000 for only minimal resolution, and well over $42,000 for full mouth restoration - including implants and crowns. With the dread of taking on massive credit debt to pay for my dental work, I chose to explore nearby countries like Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica, and finally Turkey. After several weeks of exploration and deep-dive analysis of dental providers throughout Turkey, I chose Dente Dental in Izmir, Turkey for my oral surgery, MSDI Implants, and Ivoclar Zirconia Crowns. At the onset, I contacted Irem (pron. ear-em) at DD through WhatsApp and she's been amazing sharing all critical information necessary to make my final decision. Irem put my mind at ease by ensuring the clinic's professionalism, hospitality, and its first rate technology & equipment. It's been 1 week since my 1st visit and 1st treatment. Dr. Nuri Ünal and Dt. Omer Çiftçi were both fluent in English and excellent at their work. Their entire staff were fantastic! I am back in the US and satisfied beyond measure. In summary, Dente Dental provided excellent solution at a fraction of the US cost for full mouth restoration. In addition, the technology easily surpasses that of my local dental options. Unbelievably, my solution includes flying to Turkey on two separate occasions with the second visit coming after a normal 3 month healing period. Dente Dental in Izmir, Turkey made clear the viability of an exceptionally affordable, highly efficient, and very practical dental solution abroad. I hope my review helps save you a bit of research, after all, I was very thorough in my approach and ultimate decision in choosing Dente Dental.

May 30,2024I come here to dente dental . I had 7 implants 28 zirconia crowns . I’m from America New York City . I’m 25 years old . The first visit back in January was lovely . Mary was so sweet . Dr.ener was my surgeon they removed the infections and weaken crowns and all the work the doctors in America did that was bad in my mouth . When I first came here I was so hopeless because dental care is very expensive in America , but Mary insured me that I will be fine and they would do amazing work to my mouth . I’m in love with my implants and I’m thankful that they removed all the e infections and cyst that waste in my mouth because I was in so much pain . They are so helpful and Patient. Thank you dente center I will share with my friends because their a lot of my family back home that Ned dental work and can’t afford the cost of it in America. You guys are the best . So honest
