Nov 03,2020I am in Ireland and my parcel arrived very quickly considering the current delays with covid. I was sent emails to let me know the status of my parcel. Des also knew what we were doing so added some extra terminals free of charge. In previous years I have purchased other items and never have been disappointed with either the item or the service provided. I am a very happy customer and gladly advise anyone to shop here. Fantastic customer service and I will be a returning customer.

Over several years I have purchased several items from Acetek and have always been very impressed with the quality of the items as well as the great communication & customer service. Jan 28,2020After searching the internet for a reliable flashing unit to fit my ADT alarm box, because ADT wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to update by box, I came across Acetek.co.uk. They supplied the T-Bar unit to fit an ADT alarm box in 2 days, which also comes packaged small enough to fit through a letter box. It was easy to fit using their video on Youtube. Since fitting, the twin blue flashing led's were just what i was looking for, nice and bright. I've passed on your details to a neighbour after being impressed with my set up. Many thanks for a great product and helping me by email when needed.
