They were also very knowledgeable about the products and services that they provide, which may sound strange but it's amazing how many companies that have staff who don't know or understand the product or information they are providing to a potential customer.

Nov 19,2022Lifting/lowering motor assembly has a heavy grinding sound in use(manufacturing fault but was acceptable to the installers)Scooter does not clear the bumper(jib arm fitted too short). Wires showing on electrical connectors,no heat shrunk shrouding.Strap to secure the scooter was anchored off the rear headrest,not the actual isofix cargo tie down points.
