Aug 06,2019Very good service both on the phone and the person who fitted the left foot accelerator in my car, this is the second time I have used the company and would recommend to anyone who needs the service. I would be unable to get out and about independently without them so I'm delighted to be able to call on them.

Aug 06,2019I can honestly recommend Des Gosling Mobility to everyone with mobility needs. The help, advise & service that I personally received was second to none. I needed a slight alteration making to my hoist that had been fitted & it was sorted the next day. The young man that fitted my hoist & made the alteration that I mentioned was a perfect young gentleman, extremely proud of & professional in his work. Other mobility companies could very well be as good, but this is my first dealing with one & they’re great so will continue with them.

Aug 03,2019Des Gosling has fitted hoists in three different cars for me (and with different wheelchairs). They have always been extremely helpful. I moved away from the Midlands to the south coast recently but could not find a company who could advise and help me in the way that this company have done. In desperation I went back to speak to them. They are well aware that they will not be having any sales to me but still gave me amazing advice and further research to purchase my next Motability car. I think I took them for granted in the past - they are an amazing bunch of technicians as well as administrative staff. Thank you to everyone.

Isaac is a wonderful, gentle very informative young man, an expert in how to adapt pedals to ensure the safety of the customer. Isaac facilitated the initial assessment of my situation by coming to my home which I really appreciated. Isaac quickly assessed my problems & helped my feet & legs to be more comfortable & safe whilst driving. I was very nervous of the whole procedure as I had asked for an earlier exchange of my mobility car as my condition had deteriorated, as such I was rather worried that I may have put everyone to a lot of trouble for no good reason. I am so grateful now that I am driving pain free, I did make the right choice with the caring support & kindness from Isaac at Des Gosling Mobility. Without all the support & help from Isaac & all the kind reassurance when I was worried, I could never have managed to have such safe, pain free motoring! Sue

Jul 30,2019Very helpful people, It was my first time getting a car on mobility and des gosling mobility gave me all the info i needed on adaptations. They came out and did a demo before they fitted the adaptation. Brilliant, definitely would recommend. Not had any problems and now i can finally take my mum out on day trips.

Jul 30,2019On calling in to see des gosling mobility i was greeted by Bill, who kindly gave me a demonstration of the hoist i would need to safely lift my scooter into the car i was interested in getting,he showed me exactly how to use the hoist, and made sure i could operate it safely, i was amazed how it was going to make life so much easier for me and allow me more freedom to go out, nothing was too much trouble and on ordering my car the fitting was arranged on my vehicle collection day at my car dealer, so all very convenient for me, the fitter has done a first class job and set up my scooter so it was balanced and lifted into the car perfectly, he also gave me a full demonstration and made sure i was completely happy with operating it, and gave me the instruction manual and warranty card, and contact details in case i had any questions, which was reassuring to know, im glad i chose Des Gosling mobility to fit my hoist as i couldn't have asked for better service, i would certainly recommend paying them a visit, or as i did phoned to ask advise and everything was swiftly arranged to get the product i wanted, thank's to all at Des Gosling Mobility for a first class job, from jeff Humphries.
