I bought the white cardigan with the skull on the back, it’s lovely, really good quality. Brilliant customer service, answered my queries promptly, ordered on Friday was delivered on Tuesday. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back for sure.

I ordered a coat for my daughter who is a size 10 so I ordered a small. It arrived and was so tiny it wouldn’t have fitted a size even though the model was a size 8/10. I had free delivery as my order was over £75.00 but it then cost £11.00 to send it back. I asked for the return charge to be refunded as it was not as advertised. They have ignored my request and just refunded me for the coat. I had to send it recorded delivery as the post office said it wouldn’t be insured if it was lost. The clothes are lovely and I have ordered again and have ordered before but in this case I believe the company should acknowledge the size discrepancy and refund my return postage as it was tiny. I noticed after delivery that the coat was made in China which are notoriously small sizes

The sequin dress was beautiful, but typically of evening dresses, about 12 inches too long! The price was amazing but reluctantly I had to return it. My refund was processed quickly. This was my first purchase and I was very impressed with quality and efficiency.

The Product is good quality, but PLEASE PUT ON YOUR START PAGE THAT IF DELIVERING TO EUROPE CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLY as a consequence of Brexit I had to pay 7 euros or not have it delivered! You hide that information on your delivery page which you have to search for. Thoroughly fed up with it, M&S have put something in place where you do not have to pay customs charges why you other companies cannot do the same is beyond me? I shall not be buying again.
