Jan 25,2025Ordered a DFI Oliver Tweed Edition Divan Bed Set with Mattress Single (3’ x 6'3") / Luxury / No Drawers - €389.00 on Humm finance in July 2024. Only paid my last installment 2 days ago. Since day one the mattress keeps sliding off base. The headboard kept falling sideways. I contacted customer service with photos and they sent me out 2 more bolts for headboard to secure it on mattress. When I went to put bolts on today one of the the wooden legs on headboard snapped like a twig. The most flimsy bed I've ever bought. Absolute pile of rubbish. The mattress and headboard has to be repositioned every single day. I want a refund but am getting no where. A waste of 389euro. Never buy a bed from them again.

Paul who delivered the bed was a gentleman, said he’d be at my home around 12.30 , he was there before then, before I even got back to the house , their was no waiting around right on time very happy as I had to leave work early . Very happy with my new bed. soo easy to assemble and very good value for money

Jan 21,2025Teddy bed arrived and front of a draw fell off because the draw was stuck. Sent an email to DFI and got no response. Ended up having to get someone to fix it at an expense to me. Delivery driver was nice, good communication. EDIT : I was contacted by DFI a few days after I posted my review, they offered to replaced the draw but I'd already gotten it fixed. Daughter loves the bed so all good.

Jan 18,2025I am delighted with my recent purchase - it is very comfortable, and seems well made. The only slight negative thing is that the delivery time was not respected. I received an email with the delivery date, followed by a SMS the day before, confirming that date, and we waited at home all day, but there was no delivery made, or communication from DFI Beds. Eventually, in the early evening, I telephoned the headoffice to inform them of the situation and then the delivery driver rang me to say I should have been told delivery could not be made until the following day.
