Easy to order. most important to me was to have the old one removed at half the price of other places i tried. Th guy that delivered was really chatty and friendly but highly efficient Cannot complain. excellent from ordering to delivery

I have bought 3 beds . Excellent service, delivery very quick and delivery men were lovely. I appreciated the text from delivery man the day before to let you know what time they would be delivering the beds. Would definitely recommend DFI. Will buy again!

The bed is exceptional quality. Arrived in perfect condition and is a very competitive price. The bed was delivered on the day they said. The only slight issue was there was no flexibility with the delivery time. I received a call only the night before with a time that didn't suit. They couldn't change it by 30 mins earlier or 30 mins later, which resulted in the bed having to be left outside. It was not a major problem for me but could affect others especially if the weather is bad. More advance communication of delivery time and more flexibility would be better. Still deserve a 5 star review and I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I am buying a mattress from them, the quality is great. The order was dispached very quickly, excellent communication with the delivery team who called and text me in advance to make sure I was home when they arrived. This is really a great company, they deserve all the positive review they receive, totally recommend them!
