From the very first communication we had with Mr. Surendra, until the set-up and teething pains were eliminated, both him and his installation team were by our side; very knowledgeable (and courteous). The products they chose for our security were top of the line, and they walked us every step of the way and clarified every query we had - before, after and during our decision making process.
