A few years back I was late sending in my order so I called it in rather than use the internet as I normally did. They were getting ready to close because of a hurricane coming that way but took the time to ship my test strips. Now that really impressed me! Otherwise I would have ran out,

Twice i had small incidents, the woman i spoke to in customer service was more than helpful and quickly rectified the situation and mailed me an extra box to make up for the discrepancy which was not much.
