Jan 19,2025We travelled 150 miles each way to see a Kia Vik was selling and we were not disappointed. He gave us a good fair price for our car, and we had plenty of time to try the Kia and ask any questions. We drove the car home and are very pleased with it and the service provided by Vik. Would definitely recommend.

May 23,2024This was the most fun/enjoyment I’ve had purchasing a car. If you want a pressure free, stress free, and trustworthy experience when buying a car. This is where you should go! Vik was brilliant, very knowledgable about the car, pointed out honestly about any issues this model may have with insurance so we could do our checks ahead of making an offer. And then held it for us while we got our purchase lined up. He was communicative and organised, delivered the car to us at a time that suited around a busy schedule and did it all with a smile. Genuinely a nice guy, great service and I’ve told him next time I need a car, I’m going to call and tell him what I need! Thank you Vik! Happy kids here this evening.

Mar 01,2024Vik provided an excellent level of service before & during my purchase of an Audi A5. Prior to purchasing, Vik forwarded photos of all of the relevant service history,MOT & V5 documents & answered all of my questions which gave reassurance regarding the car for sale. On the day of purchase Vik picked me up from the station and clearly explained the car & technical details of the various vehicle items of equipment. I did not feel rushed & Vik was prepared to give as much time as was needed. I recently purchased another vehicle from a car dealership & the personal service provided by Vik was far superior. I would highly recommend Vik to others.

Here's to the next one. Vik is also a genuine person and so far has always provided. Sep 16,2023After searching months for a new car and being let down by several car traders I had completely given up. That was until we met Vik at direct vehicles. My partner went to view the vehicle and expressed how friendly and informative Vik was. Vik delivered the vehicle to me the following day and it was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean inside and out. Vik was really helpful and sorted all the paperwork for me, including 6 months warranty and talked through the vehicle with me. There was two items missing from the vehicle which he purchased and had delivered directly to me. We will definitely be using direct vehicles for any future purchases and would gladly recommend to our friends and family. 5 star service ⭐️

They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and the prices were right. I was able to test drive and look over cars without feeling pressured. Overall it was the best car buying experience I’ve had and the customer service was excellent. Not may companies will deliver to your door. He provided me with all the information I needed, we had a drive around in the vehicle and it was such a smooth process; the car was immaculate to. It was such a nice experience compared to experiences we had previously visiting other garages. There was no pressure from Vik, we felt welcomed, the Indian tea was a special touch, and we were given a very reasonable price to. I would definitely recommend Direct Vehicles to friends and family.
