Jan 06,2025Since my review of 05.01.2025 I received a call on 07.01.2025 from David apologising for the delivery and offered to refund or replace the item. I opted for a replacement and he will investigate with Royal Mail as the order was well packaged in the first place and he wonders if Royal Mail made an adjustment to the package hence it leaking. I was impressed with the response from David and have now reviewed this review.

Oct 30,2024firstly there was a long delay in getting my order out to me, then they sent the completely wrong order, then they told me that my product had been damaged and they would have to wait again for new stock to come in. Appalling service. No apology whatsoever when sent emails to company requesting update or the fact that they sent the wrong goods. Definitely would not use again. As a new customer I would have expected the company to go out of their way to retain me as a customer.
