Last minute trade show: We needed a 3m x 3m pop-up display for a trade show that we discovered we were attending one week before the event. The team at Display Wizard were so friendly and helpful on the phone, from advice with designing the template files down to arranging printing and delivery in time for the event. The stand itself is super stable when constructed and the print quality is excellent (even on the slightly smaller text on our display). Googled requirement and Display Wizard came up quite quickly so when onto their website. Very clear website and managed to located product quickly. Placed order and goods came next day exactly as ordered.
The website was easy to navigate, pricing was clear and concise. sending them the artwork was fast and easy and they were very quick to get the proof over to me for approval. They ask for a required date to do their best to deliver them for when you need them which was very handy. When I had to call them they were also very helpful over the phone. I found their prices very good as I couldn't beat them elsewhere. Have used them twice now and they have been consistently good. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
I was looking to create a professional 3m x 2m curved display for a recent show. The service I received for the team at Display Wizard was, not only professional but personal. They maintained communication at all times and ensured the order was delivered by a date specified by me. I was glad that I paid for they artwork service, although at the time of ordering I thought is was a high price to pay. They were able to design for me an eye catching display. More importantly, they advised on suitable photographs to use in the display ensuring the pictures used were of a suitable quality and I lost count of the number of changes and proofs they produced for me. Furthermore, when we raised concerns over proof colouration (due to the way different screens and PDF conversions show colours), their team were able to reassure me that the colouration was suitable for production. Overall, I was very please with the product and service received. The end product provided the impact required and there were no issues along the order process. Many thanks
