Oct 24,2017I submitted my own artwork and after one proof, received an excellent quality banner on a sturdy, solid canvas. Pity the courier damaged the first banner, but it was swiftly replaced with an exact replica without a problem, so always ensure you sign on delivery!

We ordered (5) De Luxe roller banners last month as part of a campaign for a new client...the end product was excellent and the design and finishing process was made very easy too. All delivered on budget and on time. We would use Display Wizard again without hesitation.

Oct 17,2017Have used in the past for other products with no problems, however the Fabric banner supplier that Display Wizard outsource to are completely incompetent. Changed my order artwork without permission, delivered late, provided mis-information, didn't check the order before despatch and have severely dented my previous trust in the company. Customer service from DW was helpful and all was resolved in the end (after 3 tries), but the experience was very challenging and pushed my patience to the limit.
