Situated on the historic Liverpool/Bootle docklands, our premises is well-placed for access to Liverpool city-centre, both Liverpool FC and Everton FC, The M&S Bank Arena, Aintree Racecourse - the home of the Grand National Steeplechase - and the beautiful beaches at Crosby and Formby.

The property houses 20 en-suite bedrooms with the ability to house 1, 2, 3 or 4 individuals per room. The property also contains 3 fully equipped kitchens, all decorated and finished to a high-level of decor.

We can house hen and stag parties on our ground floor, which has 6 bedrooms and is separate to the rest of the property.

Bargain stay, with clean rooms. Excellent transport links out of an industrial part of the city.

Weird smell in the room, sink faucet broken so water went everywhere, room needs a good sweep and mop. Smell was the worst aspect

Arrived and room wasn’t cleaned from night before, was disgusting. People had been smoking in the room so had to air it out. Had to get the cleaner to come in, luckily she was doing another room when we arrived. Place was good otherwise.

Thank you for the reasonable stay. I wish that I had read in your email that the café below is cash only. Oh well! Thank you for the clean room and accessible location only 10 minutes from downtown in the morning. Cheers

On arriving I found that my room had not been serviced since the last guest left. The bed was unmade and there was a pile of used towels. Despite my many attempts, including on the given "emergency" mobile phone number, the hotel was uncontactable. I spent a long time talking with Expedia, through whom I had booked. They too were unable to raise a response from this hotel and eventually cancelled the booking. I have stayed here before and given five star reviews. However this time not only was my room unusable but I was left late at night with nowhere to sleep. I would advise others to avoid this place in future, despite the apparently cheap price, as I will. The cost in stress and loss of a night's sleep far outweighs any potential saving.

The rooms are very comfortable (beds amazing). Fantastic shower. Communal kitchen is clean and very well equipped. OK, it’s not in the best area of Liverpool but it’s certainly great value for money. We’ve always found parking safe in the streets surrounding the hotel. Highly recommended.

The location is good; there's nothing around but if you want a base that's close to the city for a low price this was good. Room did smell a bit damp and it was basic; however, the cost does reflect that so can't be marked down for that. Felt safe, I would stay here again if I needed somewhere low cost to stay. Thanks for having me

Good things - the rooms were clean and tidy, the kitchen was great and it was quiet. It was only a mile from our venue Down sides-The messages back and forth were a little delayed and it was quite far from Liverpool centre, about 3 miles walk in industrial area with no shops or pubs nearby.

For a short stay it was good , nice and clean room bed was comfortable, the only downside was I went to walk for something to eat , and ended up coming back to my room and using Just Eat ,

The room was ok, good size, and great shower, for the price I payed. Could use the kitchen that was great. Places were clean. The only thing missing was shampoo/ soup in the shower, and nobody to ask to get it. Washed my hair with hand soup, and that was not nice.

Lovely clean room with a beautiful little en suite! The facilities were wonderful, the kitchen has everything you need and the place itself is very peaceful. Perfect distance from the event I went too I will definitely be returning!

This hotel's rooms are in a clean condition and access is very swift - an access code is provided in advance. However, despite not being specified, it is worth noting that no food is offered and that the kitchen - not always as clean as the rooms - is to be used for keeping food that one intends to eat. There is no lift to the upstairs rooms.
