Sep 19,2021Got accepted for a loan and there was a technical fault. This is saying ‘active’ and showing on my credit file. Been e-mailing and ringing customer services who said to give them 6 weeks to look into it. Still, no response and keep getting ignored. Does anyone know how i take this further?

Sep 16,2021I made an application last week which had been provisionally accepted, however, further information apparently required. The online process didn't work and didn't allow me to continue with my application. Called their CS team and although they were friendly, the help and information that was given were all incorrectly or misleading. It forced me to call in several times. One person didn't know what the previous person did and promises that were made or actions were didn't followed through. Got asked to send in further documentation as an email but got 30 minutes later without having the chance to send it through, already an email that informed me I was declined. I was a customer in the past but will not use this company again.
