Aug 03,2021I applied for a £1000 loan through dotdotloans offering 79.4% Apr over 12 months and was declined. I was later the same day redirected to dotdotloans via a eligibility search and was accepted for a £1000 loan at 824.7% Apr over 9 months. The initial loan was declined yet the same loan with a much higher interest rate accepted....seems they do not decline because you can't afford it but so they can get you to pay much more interest for the same loan. I learnt the hard way. AVOID

Jul 28,2021I settled my loan early. In doing this I still had my first monthly payment taken. I have now overpaid. It was frustrating to know I could not have my money returned even though it has been taken as of today (early hours of this am). I am now at the hands of your staff returning my call tomorrow to initiate the refund.
