Jun 30,2021I initially was referred to dot dot after being declined from another lender. I have taken out 2x very short term loans to bail us out when we needed a urgent cash injection..... Both times I have paid less in interest and charges than I would have for going into unplanned overdraft or taking a late payment fee! Only spoke to them once via telephone was also shocked that the advisor seemed to genuinely care about customers finances and situations too. Each time I clear the loan way before its due to obviously save on interest. The advisor wanted to clarify I wasn't behind on priority bills and was able to make a full payment without putting my family in difficulty...now part of me thinks she asked this because the longer I have the loan the more money the company makes but I'm not too sure it seemed very genuine and it was a positive experience! I have unfortunately had to deal with alot of late payment/debt problems and not once has a businesseswanted to take into account that we are on top of priorities! I have even had a company (*cough* Anglian Water) pretend they are a priority bill that needs paying just to take payment.... All in all thank you Dot Dot for helping when others won't!
