Aug 13,2024I call today customer service to cancell my account since I just find out that you can only challenge 3 items per month also I was under the impression that I will get the 3 bureaus credit score and you only get the TransUnion credit report that's pretty bad they should put all this info up front so people are aware ...I sign in a couple hrs ago and they saying that supervisor is busy now and they will call me.later today ....that's another red flag to me I want my money back I will place this bad review on as many places I can so people are aware of this issues
