I mean it’s the most convenient thing to chat with the owners on the most popular messaging system in the world. They kept me updated, were insanely friendly and even after the products were delivered they thanked me for the support. They deserve 10/5 stars for their excellent… well, EVERYTHING! Keep up the incredible work guys, you have a customer for life!

Was super easy to reach out to them and ask questions and my package even arrived earlier than the initial ETA which is always a bonus.

Jan 10,2023If you have never experienced exceptional service before, do yourself a favor - and support Dreamware Tech! Receiving updates in person - payment confirmation, courier scheduled, tracking number, dispatch, etc. and not just the standard automated system that we've become accustomed to. My parcel arrived today, mind you super fast delivery too - and it was packaged with sooooo much care ;) not even Zeus himself would've been able to destroy it! Out there is a team - Greg and the Dream Team - who value and take care of their customers and each and every purchase is dealt and handled with so much pride. Thank you Jess for your kindness and updates :) and thank you Dream Team for service that we thought only existed in our most mystical dreams! Oh, and the product I bought is amazing too :)

Sep 21,2023I thought what's better review than actually sharing a snippet of chat between me and a legend at Dreamware(and not a really good AI chat bot, an actual person): Ooooofcourse!! Like right now!!! I can honestly say I am a walking billboard for you guys in my region... and only reason I gladly become a advert for Dreamware is due to your integrity, care and just over all legendness that is you guys... and I am gonna be honest, I do see a lot pricing for things cheaper on other sites but yet none of them ever got me to click add to cart just cause of I feel just safer and more involved in my purhase with you peepz...I will rather pay that extra bit and get treated like a human than just another costumer... oooor maybe you just really really really good at the evil corporate thing🤣 easiest way I would put it is the reason I don't use AMD, I have been intel for all my live, never been let down by intel and I could rely on their product, why would I diminish this long relationship cause momentarily another is little better for a little less? So Dreamware is my Intel. Yeah I copy and pasted my review, sue me!
