Mar 08,2022Dreamware give a great service with friendly staff that really go the extra mile and put a nice personal touch into their shipping! They have a great brand! While they have very fair pricing, they may not be the most competitive as some components may be a fair amount cheaper in other places, so if you are on a tight budget do your research! That being said, Dreamware stock some items that I have not seen on other online stores, so keep that in mind. What they lack in competitive pricing, they make up for it in quality of service. You won't regret being a customer here, I know I don't! I'll will be back 😎

Dreamware is quite literally on the opposite side of the country and delivery has always made it to my doorstep in a timely manner. I especially love the extra mile that is taken with the little note that comes with the packaging and it shows how much customer satisfaction means to them. Dreamware deserves an 11/10, thanks so much for the excellent service !

Brent and Justin went out their way to help with an RMA on a CPU They were able to locate the supplier within a few hours on a product not bought from them to assist in getting it replaced. in 2 days n received Great news and the CPU was back in my possession within 48hours! From the first email to the delivery of my machine, service and interactions with them has been amazing. Jess is a delight to deal with, Justin was awesome with his advice on the best components to fit my budget and even pointed out that one of the other quotes I had were adding in things as extras that I didn’t need. His honesty and upfront advice immediately took them from “who are these guys?” to “these are the guys!” They kept me updated on the progress of my build and their customer service, friendliness and turnaround time all deserve more than 5 stars! Hands down this has been the best experience regarding anything involving computers I’ve ever had. They are definitely my “go to” computer guys from now on.

Sep 08,2021I cannot begin to explain the amazing service I received from the team. I placed my order after business hours on Friday expecting to only get a response on the Monday. Saturday afternoon I received confirmation of my order and that it was being processed. Monday my items were received by supplier and shipped out that evening. Being based on Gauteng I expected delivery on Thursday, but no, Tuesday 9am everything perfectly delivered. The support from the dreamware team throughout the process was exceptional.
