Apr 19,2020Great staff & website It was really easy for me to buy a new pair of glasses - I emailed Dresden and staff got back to me right away with the prescription info I needed to buy online, the website is really simple and easy to use, and I received my glasses in the mail within 10 days! And of course, as always, my Dresden glasses are great quality, simple yet chic in design, affordable, and sustainable. What is not to love? Recommend these guys to everyone!!!

Apr 13,2020Hi Dresdens, Please note that I didn’t have the best experience when ordering glasses for my little girl. The glasses were delivered to the wrong house. I requested Number 16 on the order. Your address label was Number 6, so poor delivery driver had the wrong house number. Secondly, the glasses don’t fit my child at all. Way too big on her nose. What options do I have to have glasses adjusted for my child? I was refereed to Dresdens by my specialist. Please call me to discuss.

During the Covid-19 crisis I couldn't go to the Fitzroy store so I ordered online- faultless customer service. A big thanks in particular to Souraya. I could not recommend Dresden more highly.
